One of them writes to me, "I'm not sure how locking us down helps us not contract the virus as we still have contact with staff and they're the carriers. Hmm?"
Locking prisoners down is normally what you do when there's a prison uprising or fight or something. Kinda like how what they're doing to the rest of the citizenry, by keeping them in their homes, is like what they do when there's a civil disturbance and they need to keep any crowds from gathering.
