How to increase the so called "hypergamy"?

I feel like femoids are too sensitive, too worried about hurting men's feelings. I relly like the feminist's definition of emotional labor, because that's truly what's happening, femoids are exploited and their emotional sensibility is given for free to undeserving unfit males.

Femoids must act with brutal and direct clear manners. A well behaved human female is one who is hypergamous to the extreme extent.

The one thing everyone will notice is that hypergamy is not sufficiently developed. In our western societies, hipergamy is obviously artificially reduced. How can we increase hypergamy to a sufficient level, for the purpose of pushing traditionalist incels into suicide?

0. make it socially acceptable to reject males due to genetics alone.
1. promoting polyamory
2. make it legally safe to fuck a lot of females (not having to worry about rape charges, etc).
3. abolish child-support based on biological fatherhood
4. more direct government support to mothers.
5. promote cuckoldry and shame men that are unwilling to raise other peoples kids.

Females having their own careers does allow them to more freely select who is going to be the father, this does come with the price of rather bad fertility rate so it's not a viable long term solution, it probably dont make females happy either.
