The difference between conservatism and second wave feminism
The only significant difference is that conservatives sometimes oppose elective abortions, especially when late.

But this is not true for all conservatives, it's mostly true for christian conservatives which is why the UK conservative party do not actually try to stop elective abortions, they are fully onboard with second wave feminism.

Some conservatives do try to oppose more of second wave feminism but they still consistently fail at actually getting the fertility rate above replacement.

Was it too late even before the first wave of feminism?
Historically once you grant the right to vote too all males it doesn't take long until it's also granted to women in general.

There are multiple potential reasons for this
0. People in general started believe in letting all citizens above 18 vote and also letting most people in a country have citizenship.
1. Males wanting to attract females to their area by granting them the right to vote there.
2. It was pushed from above by the same or similar people who also pushed for at least granting all male citizens at 18+ the right to vote.
